I remember reading this manga last year. It felt to me like for the first time I was reading a Nier Automata manga with Metal Gear Rising aesthetics (you sure can't hide anything Raiden!) but it's a shame the author's health is kinda complicated. The fight scenes are really well drawn.

Oh, I'm sorry to hear about the author's health!
This is high on my list to buy, but hopefully working on this won't worsen their health

It has often been on hiatus but I really don't know what exactly is the problem.

It has often been on hiatus but I really don't know what exactly is the problem. |
Heart Gear started serialization in 2019 with biweekly releases, but went on a sudden hiatus for about two years from May 2020 to August 2022. After more biweekly releases it went on hiatus again in December 2022 (chapter 39) and hasn't returned since.
Since the last chapter before the current hiatus was the end of an arc, I wonder if the next time it returns will be another arc followed by another hiatus.
