…Ahem, more on-topic, I am slightly concerned by the funding model of this game. Usually when I see Kickstartered games, they’re either further along than this with a proof of concept or way at the starting line. It just feels odd to have a release date without any gameplay shown, but with a Kickstarter-esque campaign. It’d be one thing if the game were a limited release kind of thing, but I’m having a hard time wrapping my head around the why of a financial move like this, I guess. |
