Their first announcement prior to the spring season, and it's a title from MBS. Looking at AMC Network's finances I would be surprised if Hidive manages to get more than 5 simulcasts (unless they start sub-licensing more titles to Netflix).

^ I don't recall the last time Hidive licensed more than like 4 shows for simulcasting. They seem to pick up a couple of likely cheap slice of life shows and 1 or 2 popular/somewhat popular series. I actually give them kudos for surviving in this market when even Crunchyroll has to be sweating over Disney's move into the licensing game.

If it turns out well, could be a great get for HIDIVE.

They been living on licensing ecchi shows Laughing

Disney is trying but like Amazon, seems to be relying on word of mouth as a means to promote their own shows. I couldn't really tell you what's streaming on Disney other than Ishura, which doesn't seem all that popular (it's great IMO). I know more of what's on Netflix and I haven't really watched any of those shows from this season.

Well, they should hurry up raising funds to make that happen again, this day 3 months ago they had already announced Neet Kunoichi, Beheneko, and From Bureaucrat to Villainess as part of its winter season line-up so they're late.
