My friend and I were just starting watching Megalobox on Disney Plus/Hulu. We were only two episodes in. I was just checking in on it for our anime night tomorrow night, and the first season is gone... completely. The Second Season is there, but the episode titles are in Spanish, while the episode descriptions are still in English.

My friend is visually impaired, so watching it subtitled on Crunchyroll isn't an option. Does anyone have any insight into what happened to the series? It was there a week ago when we watched Episode 2.

Viz's streaming rights expired. The show is seven years old now and that's about the typical length for most anime licenses to last. Your best bet to watch the dub now is to buy the BD which Amazon lists only ten copies of the standard edition left in stock so who knows if they'll restock it after that goes out.

My friend passed away last week, so the issue is moot now, but thank you for your suggestion. I may get the series so I can watch it for the both of us. It was one we were always interested in seeing.

I'm so sorry for your loss and I hope you can obtain a copy of it.
