I noticed it says “fated humor” in the Grade section at the bottom of the review. Is that a typo?

No, it refers to humor which has been pre-determined by fate, which is a negative since that makes it predictable by design.
It was totally a typo.

Then anime it's the condensed manga, the new anime it's perfectly watchable but you are letting over half the plot in the table if you don't read the manga or watch the old anime.
