I'm not gonna lie, when I saw that the vast majority of Chronicle Mode isn't going to be dubbed, I laughed. In all fairness, it seems like adding an English dub was a last minute decision and I genuinely had no idea it was going to even happen until the game got delayed again, but damn is it jarring. Maybe that will be changed in the future, who knows.
I have no horse in this race either way, I'm going to be playing with Japanese audio since that's how I've experienced the series in all my many years of being a fan. The dub seems pretty decent and I can't really complain! There's a balanced amount of good and less good performances that are standard in hobby anime dubs, and Inazuma Eleven English dubs have always been... camp.

The dub sounds... like a dub, let's be honest. There are people for whom anime just sounds like that to, and I pass no judgement. I'm glad it's there for people who need it, at least in story mode. I'll be playing with Japanese text and voices because I know most of these names by kanji and it will be easier to reassemble my strongest (across time/space/dimensions) eleven without having to relearn 3000+ names.
I'm just glad it's finally here.

Maybe it's just me but the dub sounds like AI. Definitely not the level of quality I feel like this would need to make the dub worth trying.
