Small correction, Lisa's father is actually named Joe Rogan. Daniel Curien is a separate character who's the son of Dr. Curien who did unleash the plague.

At this point, unless it's an Overkill adaptation with someone who gets grindhouse cinema and could make the homage work, it's not worth it. We're not getting either here.
