It's a shame, but at this point I've just come to expect RuriDragon to be drip-fed to us at a very slow pace.
So long as it can maintain a *slightly* faster release schedule than, say, Yotsuba&!, I won't complain. |

He draw one in the one-shot. Also, it's more a month-and-half than a two month hiatus. Luckily, the series is still selling well and the latest volume sold more than 10,105 copies *. * which is the bare minimum for series ranking higher than #30; we won't have exact numbers until the weekly Oricon ranking). With what I'm sure is going to be some intense writing/artwork on the horizon, I don't blame the mangaka from taking their time to make sure it's done to perfection. This being my favorite manga being published today, I thought for sure it was going to end permanently when a sudden illness was announced back in 2022 and it was gone for a lengthy amount of time. So to hear this and it NOT another 'sudden illness' makes this announcement easier to swallow.
