The animated parts looked amazing! If we ever get an adaptation for Tower Dungeon, I really hope it's not Polygon Pictures adapting it. They have done good work for the other adaptations of Tsutomu Nihei's work but their 3D style would not match the vibe of this manga.

Yes, please give Nihei's works a good 2D adaptation.
Blame had that awesome old school 2D OVA, and the CG original movie wasn't bad... but Tower Dungeon deserves a good anime, and the style shown in this commercial is perfect! Tower Dungeon would nicely be up there with Frieren and Delicious in Dungeon in terms of good entertaining fantasy storytelling. |
