Hmm that's strange the Funimation insert for Basilisk Volume 4 (LE) had this pegged as a march releases with two different versions. One being the uncut version at a MSRP at $39.99 and the spikeTV edtion at $19.99, I wonder what gives for the delay?

According to this article, it appears that the premiere of Afro samurai was pretty good. However I was unable to find any other rating for any other episodes. |

Possibly the language, and more time added to the actual episodes. I doubt they made 20 minute episodes. Probably 30 + mins and then cut it down to fit the time allotted |
