No more parentheses in names

As explained previously, trying to imitate the system by putting parentheses directly in a name is not a good thing. So now it's no longer possible to add people whose name contain parentheses (why warn people after the fact when you can prevent the error from ever happening)

And I've cleaned up the following names. I deleted 4, split some others, and added precisions to some others yet. But we're still left with some less-than ideal cases, like people who are only differentiated by a number and a Takeshi Maekawa (misc) who really needs to be split.
