I know that FLCL is done and over with but Hypothetically speaking if the creators of FLCL ever decided to make a sequel how long would it take? After all the money is made from this series do you think in 3,4,5+ years there will be a sequel?

It is Gainax, so no. Not gonna happen. They are very well off and would only do it if they felt like it. It is not like they need the money.
