hmmm...they're going to slow down the anime already? That'll never catch up to the end of the first anime then.
Or maybe they're only slowing it down for the Hunter Exams, which is exactly where the series starts becoming good. |

It hasn't slowed down. They're animating two chapters an episode--same as always.

Except Menchi is chapter 10. And the anime has still yet to do the Kite/Kaito flashback from the first chapter. So, yes. It has slowed down. Hell, she showed up in the 9th episode in the original TV series, and the first episode of the new series comprised of 3 episodes of the original TV series. |

 (for those that don't know, she got fired from her music career in japan for banging practically her entire band, lol i'm not joking).

Do I like her as a person? No, I mean she banged her entire bad (minus the bass player). Do I like her voice acting? Absolutely, she does a fantastic job.
Can we please get Haruhi season three? Or a second movie? Please? |

I wasn't hoping for it, but I could've sworn she said she was done with it. Hell, she even flat-out admitted that she saw anime voice-acting as nothing but stepping stone towards live-action TV dramas and movies. I guess all the insane otaku wishing death on her for no longer voicing their precious animated fantasy girls finally scared the poor girl back into voicework...
After the first movie was so poorly-received and season 2 got such a negative reaction and ended up so bad the show's own director got fed up and left KyoAni? Probably not. |

The movie was poorly received? Granted I never read any reviews or anything, but for the most part I heard good things about it.

I dunno, I heard lots of people were underwhelmed by it, but maybe I just wasn't looking in the right places. But yeah, people really hated season 2, especially the Endless Eight bullshit.
