Was this series stopped in japan ? I can not seem to find any info on it, and it seems to end at 12. I have read volume 12, and it was definitely not the end, so anyone know whats up ?

No. The 13th volume is out, but I can't get a release date on it so I can put it in the encyclopedia. You should look at the limited edition page of it though. They've got a pillow with a nude Kannu Unchou. Or, you can get Sonsaku Hakufu panties. The page explaining the details is too intense for the forums that I can't put a link for it here Shocked

Volume 11: May 2006
Volume 12: Jan 2007
Volume 13: Sep 2007

Eight months per volume, so a safe bet of Volume 14 would be May 2008.
