It's Monday, and I slept like a damn log. You need it after attending 3 days at a con. Well, that is if you attend a late panel, and travel a long way back home just to get up again in a few hours to make the next one. I must be getting old. I enjoyed many of the industry panels, received much info to relay back to my employers. I attended the majority of the manga panels.
Sadly I never managed to even get close to the "stars". I was pleased to sit in on 'Hideyuki Kikuchi'. What a guy he is. So many others works, that I never knew he was involved in apart from the 'Vampire Hunter D' series. I may have to give those novels a spin. I do hope they give a shot at one day releasing the 'Wicked City' novels. As much as I enjoyed the movie I would be deeply interested in reading them. Again didn't know that was his work. |
