I don't think so. And plus, I think the rule only applies if you're trying to advertise a retail site for the sake of selling something. This is just information for the uninformed, so it's a legit link. I think. You made me unsure of myself now. Damn you. =P |

I mightof missed it, but I didn't see it say its THE French dub track. Spirited Away had a French dub track and Kiki had a Spanish one. Maybe it was cheaper to record a new one, than to buy the rights to the one from France.

That's what I'm afraid of. THE French Porco I knew was voiced by Jean Reno, who is much more famous than most voice actors (and may result in higher license fee). Wish I have a chance to listen to his performance. Waiting for R1 release of Nausicaa; it will be my first time to watch a dub intentionally and willingly, thanks to Uma Thurman, Mark Hamill, and (the most important) Patrick Stewart as Yupa. |
