The story was interesting, I guess, but the execution made it seem kind of boring. The ending is terrible. The plot is completed after ep 25, which makes ep 26 worthless because it doesn't even tie up anything. Just an excuse for more fighting/action.

S-Sry-Ed is a great series. Yes it is a fighting genre series, but is IMO the best of the lot. The series has an entertaining plot and well fleshed out characters, plus some pretty cool fight scenes. The first half of the series introduces all the main players and sets up the action for the real story that kicks in midway through. There are a few unexpected plot twists, which I will not divulge, other than saying that it keeps the show interesting up till the end. They take the show to a fairly good stopping place, clearly leaving room for a possible sequel but at the same time not necessitating one. The last episode, episode 26, is also a good way to end the series.

I just finished the series last night and loved it. The best part of the series in my opinion were the characters, which were unique and well-built by the end. And while I personally did not like the ending, it still was a good ending for the series and summed up the main characters intentions and personalities well.

It's a good series. If you are into sci-fi anime filled with tons of action you might like it. Also the main character are cool And voice acting is nice too.

It's pretty good, but as stated bu numerous others, the ending is just kind of strangely misplaced. I actually like this dub though, and the music for the series is very unique IMO. Although this is in the fighter genre, there are some very touching moments in the series.

I have always prounounced it as "Scryed," all one syllable. I believe "Scry-ed" would be okay as well.
Anyways, I finished the series last week and was pretty satisfied with it overall. The very ending was weak and seemed rather forced, but the rest of the series more than made up for that. Like G Gundam, s-CRY-ed just goes on for a couple of episodes too long ( G Gundam should have ended after Domon killed Kyoji/Schwarz and Master Asia. s-CRY-ed should have ended after Kazuma and Ryuho killed Mujo and the Lost Ground became independent of the Mainland).
