Only four credits in Hiroyuki Yamamoto's entry, but it looks like there are 3 people:
山本寛之 is a musician who has the Tsurikichi Sampei credit, kanji given in the source for the info. 山本博之 is a producer with the NHK International Foundation who has the credit for The Animal Conference on the Environment. This is also the Kanji name associated with the encyclopedia entry. 山本裕之 is credited for key animation for Crest of the Stars, on this page (which is what I was looking at when I found this). For the two key animation credits already given, I can't find any mention of the guy in the sources provided for Prince of Tennis (or on wikipedia or livedoor for PoT and Street Fighter). If I search 山本裕之it tends to only find results for the musician. "原画: 山本裕之" gets me here, which shows a few credits for Revolutionary Girl Utena, and here, which has one for Martian Successor Nadesico. |

I managed to track down some kanji credits for Prince of Tennis, and thankfully this guy was in the first episode. He is indeed 山本裕之, so I've gone ahead and split out the animator and the musician. Not sure on the Street Fighter II V credit, but it is probably the same animator. If anyone ever comes across kanji credits for these 90's Street Fighter anime productions it would be quite the treasure trove, since it feels (to me) like they keep coming up in split requests and yet there's no thorough Japanese transcriptions of them on the web.
