Going through the coverage of it, it sounds like there were mistakes on both ends. People have criticized the company for adding talents too fast, but it sounds like things behind the scenes aren't much better with them relying on managers with two weeks of training.

Probably the two biggest things that don't look good for the company are that people's suspicions that suspensions were happening but called a break is true. It's kind of messed up that a suspended talent is expected to invent a cover story to feed the audience. The other problem is that despite the company getting pretty litigious recently about things like defamation to its talent, it didn't do anything to help with actual doxxing.

Nijisanji needs a management purge in EN as in replacing them all, they've proven time and time again that management is not competent.

Also, there's a huge clique problem in Nijisanji and while it's MUCH worse and far more known on the EN side, it's also in the JP side, especially much earlier on (it's not as bad today in JP, but it is still an issue). That document had this air of Zaion being singled out because of clique activity. The cliques in EN probably need to be broken up, as it may cause issues in the near future.

What do you mean by clique activity? Are you referring to the sort of thing seen in high school, where the popular kids and jocks stick together and mock those who are in a "lower" social group, or am I being too literal with how I interpreted your comment?

After reading that Google Doc, it does strengthen my thoughts abut Zaion and certain aspects of her. Like I thought she is TOO open. My experience with her is mainly her Genshin streams, and she talked A LOT about her past experiences with it. She just loves to share to a fault. I want to liken her to Vesper Noir, since they are both very personable, tells stories, loves to share; but he has more...business sense, I guess I'll say. So I hope she finds better success as an indie.

Of course, the manager situation didn't help at all. The Genshin perms are just a mess, backpedaling on their decisions about what account she can use. Not sure what else to say.

How is it different than people in other fields of entertainment getting "written off"?

I do agree that neither side fares well here, but like it or not, it's still the talent business and all that it entails.

Even though she is playing a character, she is a streamer. So making up a story so the company can cover for the fact they suspended her is pretty stupid. I don't even remember hearing Cover doing that with their Hololive/Stars talents.

When I found out in the document that Zaion's (or rather, XSOLEIL's) manager had been around for only two weeks since hiring, I'm gonna raise those questions:

- Did their manager go through some training?
- Did they have some prior experience as a manager?
- If English isn't their native language, are they still able to converse very well with the talents in XSOLEIL with a limited grasp of Japanese?

I really think that the folks at Anycolor should consider expanding their workforce and pick those who have the experience as it continues to recruit more talents.
