Trivia:
Tylor's ship is the Soyokaze, a space destroyer of the United Planets Space Force. Destroyers of the Imperial Japanese Navy were frequently given names ending in -kaze, meaning wind. Soyokaze means "gentle breeze" and is a playful twist on the generally more forceful names of the IJN, eg Kamikaze, "divine wind".
One of the crew members of the Soyokaze is a guy called Jason. His name and appearance is a parody of the character Jason Voorhees from the “Friday the 13th” series of movies.
