(1900) He progressed to Trinity College in Cambridge where he became the editor of "Granta" an undergrad magazine.
(1906) He became an assistant editor of "Punch" magazine, he was one of the youngest editors on the magazine staff.
(1913-06-04) He married Dorothy “Daphne” de Selincourt.
(1920-08-21) His son Christopher Robin Milne was born.
(1924) His poem “Teddy Bear” was published in Punch magazine. The poem was accompanied with the first illustration of Winnie the Pooh.
(1952) He underwent an operation on his brain, which left him wheelchair bound, and he spent the remainder of his life at his home at Cotchford Farm in Sussex, where he mostly became an avid reader.
(1956) His granddaughter Clare Milne was born with severe cerebral palsy.
(1956-01-31) He died from a stroke.
(1971) His wife passed away.
(1996-04-20) His son died from myasthenia gravis, a neurological disease, at Torbay Hospital.
(2012-10-27) His granddaughter died from natural causes.
