Nitroplus, 5pb. Announce New Game Robotics;Notes

Game developers Nitroplus and 5pb. have announced that they will collaborate on a new game titled Robotics;Notes. It will be the third "scientific adventure game" created by the two companies. The first collaborative game, Chaos;HEAd, was adapted into an anime in 2008, and this past July it was announced that Steins;Gate would also be adapted; the official website for the Steins;Gate anime states that it will air in Japan in spring 2011.
Despite the similar names, the games have not shared characters or stories to this date. Chaos;HEAd is a psychological thriller revolving around a young man who gets sucked into a crime scene after being sent photos of a murder — before the murder took place. Steins;Gate is a science fiction tale revolving around a group of friends in Akihabara whose time-travel invention makes them the target of another organization, which has also been researching time travel.
A trailer for the new game has been released.
