Takehiko Inoue posts 27+ "Smile" pieces in hours since the March 11 earthquake, tsunami

Takehiko Inoue, the manga creator known all over the world for Slam Dunk and Vagabond, drew a series of art pieces over the past six hours to offer his prayers for Japan after the March 11 earthquake (Tōhoku Chihō Taiheiyō-oki Jishin) and subsequent tsunami waves.

Using an iOS app called Zen Brush, Inoue had previously drawn 33 "Smile" art pieces and posted them on Twitter between December 22, 2010 and February 22, 2011. However, the recent events in Japan prompted Inoue to draw over 27 more "Smile" art pieces in a matter of hours.
