Launcher for new battling tops doubles as infrared remote control
At last week's Tokyo Toy Show, the Japanese toy conglomerate Takara Tomy demonstrated a new version of its Beyblade spinning top game that can be remote controlled. The new Super Control Beyblade top's launcher doubles as an infrared remote control which can direct the top to go faster, stop, reverse direction, or go turbo speed.
The new top and controller will go on sale in the middle of July.
