Square Enix's Nanashi no Aru-Pre, more Nintendo Yakuman names also trademarked

The Japanese publisher From Software filed a game trademark for "Yami no Mori" (Forest of Darkness or Dark Forest) on August 8. The trademark covers "home video game programs and DVD-ROMs encoded with home video game programs." From Software just released the action role-playing game Dark Souls, the spiritual successor to its Demon Souls game, to critical and popular acclaim this fall.
