Dragon Dogma to Ship in May With Resident Evil 6 Demo

Demo downloadable on Xbox 360 in July, on PS3 in September; B'z performs theme in new trailer

Game publisher CAPCOM announced on Tuesday that it will release its open-world fantasy game Dragon Dogma this May with a download code for a Resident Evil 6 demo. The Xbox 360/PlayStation 3 game's release dates are May 22 for America, May 24 for Japan, and May 25 for Europe. However, the Resident Evil 6 demo will not be available for download until July 3 in the Xbox Live Marketplace, and not until September 4 (September 3 in America) in the PlayStation Store.

The rock group B'z is performing the theme song "Into Free -Dangan-" with lyrics by Shane Gaalaas/Kōshi Inaba and music by Tak Matsumoto. CAPCOM began streaming the fourth trailer with the theme song:

Resident Evil 6 is slated for November 20 on the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in North America and Europe, followed by a Japanese release on November 22.
