Ah! Megami Sama Movie production nearing completion

Japanese Producers of the Ah! Megami Sama (Oh My Goddess!) movie have completted the features anime and are now undertaking the production of the films dialog, music and sound effects. The movie is set for a
Japanese Theatrical release this fall, no word yet as to when the movie will be brought to North America or by who.
The movie is reported to compile the 5 episode Ah! Megami Sama OVA collection, which in turn was based on the popular Manga series by Fujishima Kousuke (Family name first).
The Oh My Goddess! OAVs are available commercially in the United States from AnimEigo. Dark Horse Comics publishes the Oh My Goddess! manga.
In anticipation theatrical release, Japanese anime stores have begun advance ticket sales, offering collectible posters, telephone cards and clear folders to advance ticket holders.
A three-DVD set of the Ah! My Goddess! OAVs will be released coinciding with the theatrical premiere. The DVD set will include a ticket for the movie as well as a DVD collector's storage box.
