ADV does not have Noir

In regards to their announcement at AX that ADV had aquired the rights to Noir, the following statement has been issued on their website "Any previous reference to a program known as "Noir" is retracted and absolutely no inference should be drawn from any earlier inclusion. We apologize for any confusion caused by this inadvertent listing."
