This LA Times Article and this CNN Article have details on Walt Disney's aquisition of Fox Family Worldwide for $3.3 billion and debt assumption. The Fox Kids Network, which currently broadcasts Anime titles Digimon and Mon Colle Knights, was not included in the sale.
