Escaflowne TV and Movie PR

Escaflowne: The Movie will be put out in 2 formats -- the regular DVD release ($29.98) and the Ultimate Edition release ($54.98). The latter includes a bonus disc of artwork, premiere footage, and an exclusive musical performance by Maaya Sakamoto (in Japanese and Korean). Both versions of the DVD are due out July 23rd.

The Escaflowne TV series DVD Boxed set will receive a limited 10,000 set run, and will also be available on 7/23. It appears no new features will be added for its release. It retails for $199.98.
