Black Blood Brothers Anime Licensed by Funimation

FUNimation Entertainment announced its acquisition of the Black Blood Brothers vampire anime series at its Anime Central 2007 panel. Funimation expects to release the 12-episode series on three DVDs starting in early 2008. The Black Blood Brothers animated series adapted Kōhei Azano's series of light novels by the same name. It was broadcast on the Japanese broadcast station Tokyo MX TV, the cable channel Kids Station, and other venues between September 8 and November 24, 2006.
