Mawaru Penguindrum Anime BDs/DVDs Delayed 1 Month

The official website for the Mawaru Penguindrum anime announced on Wednesday that the anime's Blu-ray Disc/DVD volumes have been delayed one month. The first volume has been delayed from September 28 to October 26, and the eighth volume has been delayed to May 23, 2012. No explanation was given for the discs' delay. The staff apologized for the delay and asks fans for their patience in waiting for the discs' shipment.
Announced last April, the Mawaru Penguindrum television anime began airing in Japan on July 7.
