AmeCon 2012 Registration Closes July 27

Registration for the Staffordshire convention Amecon will close on Friday July 27. As of writing, 898 of the 1350 spaces at the event had been filled, according to the website. Registration is available here, costing £47.50 excluding accommodation. See here for accommodation details.
Ame-con!! 2012 will take place on the Keele University campus, two miles west of Newcastle-under-Lyme (information), from August 10 to 12. Among its events, it will be selecting a solo cosplayer for the EuroCosplay Championships. The EuroCosplay final will be at the London MCM Expo on Saturday 27 October.
After the July 27 date, it will not be possible to register a new membership for Ame-con!!, but people will still be able to log in and pay for their registrations as long as their 14-day payment window has not expired. The site also notes that Ame-con!! has been "experiencing issues with AOL e-mail addresses receiving e-mail (from) Ame-con!!. For the time being we suggest you use an alternative address such as Google Mail to register."
