East Asia Television Channel Launching 2014 Including Anime

posted on by Andrew Osmond
Channel will launch on the Sky platform.

ANN has been told that a new TV channel, "East Asia Television," will be launched in mid-2014 on the Sky Television Platform, including anime in its programming. It will screen media from Japan, China and Korea. Its content will be dubbed and subtitled, with the option to choose between those formats on newer content.

The channel's website is currently under construction, but it features this message here:

Had enough of having to log online for New/Exclusive or Classic Animé? Maybe you want to watch the Top 40 but don't live in Japan, China or Korea?

Do not despair as East Asia Television has you sorted!

Launching in 2014, EATV will bring you East Asian Media to the comfort of your own home on the Sky Subscription Platform.

The same page invites anyone interested in working for the channel to inquire through the 'Contact Us' section on the site.
