Re:_Hamatora to Air in July With Anime Studio Lerche

The official website for the Hamatora project announced on Thursday that the new anime series, Re:␣Hamatora (Reply Hamatora), will premiere this July on TV Tokyo and other stations. The first anime's chief director Seiji Kishi is formally listed as the director for the new anime, but at the studio Lerche this time. (NAZ will be collaborating with Lerche.) The cast is returning and several other staff members are returning.

The new anime's tagline reads, "We don't need Minimum."

The Hamatora Fes 2014.summer event will screen exclusive special footage of Re:␣Hamatora at the Pacifico Yokohama on July 13. People who buy the first two Blu-ray Disc/DVD volumes of the first Hamatora anime receive early entry forms for tickets for this event.

The first Hamatora television anime ended in March with a "To Be Continued" teaser image. The official Hamatora Twitter account added that the Hamatora Project is still continuing. FuRyu will ship its Hamatora: Look at Smoking World game for Nintendo 3DS on July 17.
