PS3/PS4/Vita/PC action game slated for September 29 in North America

Koei Tecmo America began streaming an English-subtitled announcement trailer for its upcoming Samurai Warriors 4-II action game on Thursday. The trailer reveals the new character Naomasa Ii (based on the Japanese historical figure Ii Naomasa) and the game's North American release date of September 29. The trailer also previews the game's custom character creation and online co-op.

In addition, Koei Tecmo America's Facebook page and Koei Tecmo Europe's official Samurai Warriors 4-II website have both posted screenshots for the game's English version.

Samurai Warriors 4-II is a revised version of the original Samurai Warriors 4 PS3/PS4/PS Vita game. The game adds the Endless Castle challenge mode, and allows players to create their own player character. Samurai Warriors 4-II was originally released in Japan on February 11. The game is slated for a September 29 release in North America, and an October 2 release in Europe for PS3, PS4, PS Vita, and PC.
