Sword Art Online Hollow Fragment, Lost Song Get PS4 Editions With Western Release (Update)

Lost Song PS Vita edition also headed to N. America, Europe, Australia

Bandai Namco Entertainment began streaming a video on Tuesday announcing PlayStation 4 versions of Sword Art Online Hollow Fragment and Sword Art Online Lost Song. The PlayStation 4 edition of Sword Art Online Hollow Fragment, Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment will be a director's cut with remastered graphics.

In addition, Bandai Namco Entertainment Europe announced on Wednesday that it will release both PlayStation 4 versions, as well as the PlayStation Vita version of Sword Art Online Lost Song, in Europe, the Middle East, and Australasia. Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment is slated for this summer and Sword Art Online Lost Song is slated for fall. Sword Art Online Re: Hollow Fragment will be exclusive to the PlayStation Network, but Sword Art Online Lost Song will get a physical release.

The games will feature subtitles in English, French, Italian, German and Spanish.

Sword Art Online Lost Song shipped for PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Vita in Japan on March 26. Sword Art Online Hollow Fragment shipped for PlayStation Vita in Japan in April 2014, and launched digitally in North America and Europe in August.

Update: Bandai Namco Entertainment America announced that both PlayStation 4 games and the Sword Art Online Lost Song PlayStation Vita game will also come to North America. The release windows are the same.

Update 2: Sword Art Online Lost Song will get a physical release.
