Takashi Aoshima (Gabriel DropOut, The Troubled Life of Miss Kotoura) is in charge of the series scripts, and Masakazu Ishikawa (Squid Girl, Campione!) is designing the characters. angela (K, Fafner) will perform the anime's theme song.
Hiroyuki (Doujin Work, The Comic Artist and His Assistants) launched the four-panel comedy manga in Kodansha's Weekly Shōnen Magazine in 2012, but moved it to Bessatsu Shonen Magazine, where it is ongoing, in June 2015. Kodansha shipped the eighth compiled book volume in October. The ninth volume will ship in June, and will reveal a new project for the franchise.
