Arata sets out to rescue the girl who is stuck in the bug-ridden game.
The game's staff includes scenario-writer Makoto Kedouin (Corpse Party), character designer Kei Nanameda, and monster designers Kia Asamiya (Silent Möbius, Corrector Yui) and Yuji Kaida (Ultraman, Godzilla). Steins;Gate character designer huke will provide guest character designs. Junya Ishigaki (The Vision of Escaflowne, Macross Frontier) is credited for "summon bug" design. Gesshoku Kaigi (18if) is credited for the theme song and is also credited for sound alongside Yuki Sugiura. Ichirō Kusaka is listed as "concept adviser."
The game is part of Compile Heart's Galapagos RPG brand, which also includes Fairy Fencer F, Omega Quintet, and Fairy Fencer F: Advent Dark Force.
