Gag comedy series about demons launched in 2007

Amazon is listing the cover of this year's 23rd issue of Kodansha's Evening magazine, which reveals that Yasuhisa Kubo's Yondemasuyo, Azazel-san (You're Being Summoned, Azazel) manga will end in two chapters, including the chapter that will be in the 23rd issue. The magazine will officially ship on Tuesday.

The gag comedy story revolves around the detective Akutabe, his assistant Rinko Sakuma, and the various magical demons (such as Azazel) that Akutabe uses for his cases.

The manga debuted in Evening in 2007, and the series was nominated for the 2nd Manga Taisho Award in 2009. The series has had several hiatuses since 2014. Kodansha released the manga's 15th compiled book volume in April.

The manga inspired an original video anime in 2010, a television anime series in 2011, and a second television season in 2013. Right Stuf released both seasons on DVD in 2015, and Crunchyroll later streamed both series.

Update: Kodansha will publish the manga's final chapter on December 11.
