Dan Da Dan Director Will Be Guest at MCM Comic Con in London on October 24

The website of the MCM Comic Con event in London, which runs in October at the ExCel Centre in the Docklands, is listing an Anime Guest of Honour appearance by Fūga Yamashiro, director of DAN DA DAN. He is listed as appearing from 3.45 p.m. to 4.30 p.m. on the Main Stage on Friday October 24.

According to the website description of the event, "Join Fûga Yamashiro, Director of DAN DA DAN, for a deep-dive into the twisty turny world of Momo and Okarun. Take a look behind the scenes of the latest season's horror rom-com mash-up, hear their experiences of the world of Anime, and how these influenced their work on the much-loved show."

As well as directing both TV seasons of DAN DA DAN, Yamashiro was the Assistant Director and Unit Director on Masaaki Yuasa's film INU-OH. He also has storyboard and episode director credits on Keep Your Hands Off Eizouken!, Tatami Time Machine Blues and The Heike Story.

MCM Comic London will run at London's ExCel's Centre from Friday October 24 to Sunday October 26.
