Crunchyroll announced on Thursday that it will bring voice actor Kikunosuke Toya to the upcoming AFA Thailand convention. Toya will have a meet-and-greet and guest panel at the convention.

Toya is perhaps best known for his role as protagonist Denji for the Chainsaw Man anime. Denji was Toya's major debut role, and his first role for anime. Toya also voices the character Akira Kiyose in the UniteUp! project, including in the franchise's anime adaptation. His other notable roles include Chōji Tomiyama in Wind Breaker, Fubuki in The Elusive Samurai, Donny in The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse, Heisuke Todo in Blue Miburo, and Shūichi Nakatsu in Hana-Kimi.

Anime Festival Asia Thailand will take place at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center in Bangkok, Thailand on May 30 and 31.

The convention will also host the musical guests ReoNa, HoneyWorks (with a separate vocalist lineup), SPYAIR, KAF, HIMEHINA, Shōta Aoi, TeddyLoid, and kz (Iivetune).

The convention previously held events in Thailand in 2017, in collaboration with the C3 Japan Anime & Game Expo, making this the first AFA event in Thailand in nine years.
