eigoManga Celebrated Mainstream Magazine Release at Tower Records

EigoMANGA CELEBRATED MAINSTREAM MAGAZINE RELEASE AT TOWER RECORDS STORE

San Francisco, CA - EigoMANGA, a California-based independent comic book publisher and Tower Records produced a successful rock concert for the release of its Japanese-influenced (manga) comic book athology magazine, RUMBLE PAK.

RUMBLE PAK is a monthly manga anthology created by American artists. The magazine is now released and available in media chain stores through out North American such as Tower Records, Barns & Noble, Media Play, Hastings, and Chapters Bookstores. EigoMANGA's RUMBLE PAK joins SHONEN JUMP, a manga anthology produced by industry leading manga publishing company, Viz, LLC. as the only periodical manga magazines circulated to major retail stores nationwide and reaching a mainstream audience.

On Saturday, October 24, Tower Records and EigoMANGA produced a successful rock concert in it's store in San Mateo, California called RUMBLE INVASION. Local EigoMANGA fans turned out the celebrate with EigoMANGA on this day.

EigoMANGA, formly a dot-com business, is making its first mainsteam circulation venture with RUMBLE PAK. RUMBLE PAK Issue #1 was released to comic book stores in Febuary 2004 and developed an underground following. RUMBLE PAK is being re-released to national chainstores to attract a mainstream audience.

“Having RUMBLE PAK released in major retail stores nationwide was a sincere dream of mine for a long time”, says Austin Osueke, publisher of RUMBLE PAK. “And just a couple of years ago, I had no idea on how to break into the industry or the business of comic book publishing.
