Right Stuf & Nozomi Entertainment Announce Art of Aria The Natural Lithograph: “Those Nightshine Chimes”
Fan-selected artwork to be released on December 8, 2009
GRIMES, IA, October 1, 2009 – Anime producer and online anime retailer Right Stuf, Inc. and its Nozomi Entertainment division are pleased to announce the first release in its “Art of” series of anime lithograph prints. The Art of ARIA The NATURAL Lithograph: “Those Nightshine Chimes” will be available on December 8, 2009.
The festival-themed artwork depicts the characters of Akari, Aika and Alice, plus their respective company mascots, and was selected by fans via a public vote held earlier this year.
The full-color, limited-edition print will be produced as a lithograph on high-quality paper, which has archival properties and is specifically for the reproduction of artwork. Each print will be priced at $49.99, measure 20 by 16 inches, and include a certificate of authenticity. Only 250 total prints of ARIA The NATURAL: “Those Nightshine Chimes” will be made.

Based on Kozue Amano's best-selling ARIA manga, the ARIA anime consists of three television seasons – ARIA The ANIMATION, ARIA The NATURAL and ARIA The ORIGINATION – plus an OVA (original video animation). The entire anime adaptation features direction by Junichi Sato (Princess Tutu, Sgt. Frog, Sailor Moon/Sailor Moon R) and animation by Hal Film Maker (Boys Be…, Pretear, Slayers Premium, Sketchbook ~full color'S~).
Amano's 12-volume ARIA manga and its two-volume prequel, AQUA, are both published in North America by TOKYOPOP. In Japan, the ARIA manga was originally serialized in MAG Garden's Comic Blade magazine.
