Florida Anime Experience Returns This Weekend for Year Five

FLORIDA ANIME EXPERIENCE IS A 3-DAY CELEBRATION OF ANIME, JAPANESE CULTURE, & VIDEO GAMES!

The annual celebration returns for Year Five this weekend: April 24-26, 2015 to Central Florida.

(ORLANDO, FLORIDA, April 21, 2015) Started in 2011, Florida Anime Experience (www.FloridaAnime.com) is a three day pop culture event celebrating anime, manga, cosplay, fashion, and video games. The event boasts unique celebrity and industry guests plus hours of programming for fans of Japanese culture and entertainment. This is the convention's fifth year in Central Florida and it will take place April 24-26, 2015 at the Park Inn by Radisson Resort & Conference Center Orlando located at 3011 Maingate Lane, Kissimmee, FL 34747. Events begin at noon on Friday, April 24th and run through Sunday, April 26th at 6:00 PM.

Ticket prices are $20 for Friday or Sunday, $25 for Saturday, or $45 for all three days. Children under 3 years old get in for free. Advance ticket sales have ended, but you can purchase tickets at the event in the Conference Center. Parking is free.

This year's convention will host industry recognized voice actors from some of the most popular contemporary and classic anime titles including Attack on Titan (Trina Nishimura, the voice of Mikasa); Black Butler (Brina Palencia, the voice of Ciel); and Neon Genesis Evangelion (Tiffany Grant and Spike Spencer; the voices of Asuka and Shinji respectively). Florida Anime Experience will also feature a wide variety of Featured Talent presenting at the event including: the Anime 3000 Network, Anime Addicts Anonymous Podcast, Al Aki, Anime America Podcast, Anime World Order, Black Star Anime, the Central Florida Bonsai Club, Dream Fantasy Theatre, Gundamn! Podcast, JETAA Florida, Nerdy Karaoke, Noise Complaint, Orange Anime, the Orlando Kendo Club, SSAA Podcast, and local rock band S.S. Hanami.

Entertainment at the convention includes an anime viewing room, manga library, Japanese video game room, fan and industry panels, Japanese culture panels, costume contests, dance parties, karaoke, and much more. The event schedule can be seen online at www.FloridaAnime.com/schedule.
