Camp Pokémon and Pokémon TV App Content Updates Out Now

Pokémon Expands Digital Content with Update for Camp Pokémon App on the App Store and Pokémon TV on Chromecast

The Pokémon Company International is rolling out new digital content this summer. It all starts with a huge update for the Camp Pokémon app, available exclusively for iPad®, iPhone®, and iPod touch® devices (running iOS 7 or later). There is also a brand-new way to follow Ash and Pikachu on their adventures through the Pokémon TV app, via Chromecast.

The Camp Pokémon app update has several new activities and attractions for new visitors and returning fans alike. Campers can step into the Pokémon Theater to watch a selection of videos at their leisure. Fans can test their memory with the Pokémon TCG Match activity, which has three challenging levels: matching pairs of cards, matching cards by Energy type, and matching cards by Evolution chain. Fans can also earn Energy symbol pins for their Pin Book and stickers to personalize the photos they take in the Photo Booth.

The Pokémon TV app is available now on optimized devices with Google Cast™ installed, which enables viewers to stream episodes through Chromecast from a phone, tablet, or laptop direct to their television screens. Pokémon TV helps fans follow the many adventures of Ash, Pikachu, and their friends in more than 50 fan-favorite episodes from the animated television series that are updated weekly from a library of more than 700 episodes spanning 15 seasons.

Campers can enjoy the updates or begin their new adventures by downloading the Camp Pokémon app from the App Store at no cost: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/camp-pokemon/id919218502?mt=8.

To get started and watch Pokémon TV via Chromecast, simply download the Chromecast app and then the Pokémon TV app for iOS or Android devices:

Note: The Chromecast app requires the Chromecast USB device plugged into your TV.
