Can someone please tell me what the Anime Launch is exactly. Im talking about the launch from www.theanimenetwork.com

4 Midwestern States are going to get the Anime Network as an actual TV station, and not just as an "OnDemand" network, the lucky bastards.

It's with Insight Communications, so the states are:

Illinois
Indiana <---hey, that's good for me!
Kentucky
Ohio
