Those are two different characters. The first one is definitely Morrigan from Darkstalkers. It's a fanart cover though....notice the screwed up Capcom logo in the bottom right hand corner.
As for the second one....I'm not sure at this moment in time

I dunno...she may be a parody off of Morrigan, but that first one is in the Morrigan outfit with all the trimmings.....
EDIT: I looked at the site where that picture came from...that first one is *definitely* Morrigan. The back "cover" to the fanart has Chun Li and Sakura from other Capcom games on it. It's a hentai parody of Capcom games. |

I think what Aya means is "who is the girl cosplaying as Morrigan". Seeing as how she has a Felicia avatar I think she knows who Morrigan is.

 I don't remember seeing that face/hair combo anywhere at least...

And they're not.
All I can find out about this Elgaru person is that she doesn't show up until issue 8 of the manga and there's doshinji (sp?) about her. |

alright,
the second picture is obviously of characters from excel saga, we all see that right? i cant seem to find her name, but i doesnt matter the confusion is comming from the first picture... the first picture is, also, obviously, the cover to a hentai doujinshi about capcom characters, were all up to that point, ok? the character on the cover IS supposed to be morrigan, the fact that her hair style is the same as the excel characters is insignificant. the artist of the doujinshi probably just thought it was an interesting hairstyl, and put it on morrigan, thats all. things like that in doujinshi, esp. hentai, is really common. also, sakuras hair isnt long or blond, again showing this hentai artists altering of characters. there you go. |

Quintron is pretty much right.
That's the cover for an parody/doujin based on Darkstalkers. The artist is none other than Rikdo, the creator of Excel Saga (Koshi Rikdo). I'm pretty sure the image is supposed to be Morrigan. In addition to Excel, his only (to my knowledge) commercially published Manga, Rikdo has done many parody doujins, and it is very common for him to include characters from Excel, or in many cases include in Excel characters he created for other Doujins. So, it is possible that the above image is the character from Excel in morrigan's clothing, but I think itis in fact Morrigan with the same hair. He's also done doujins of other titles inclucing Chobits, Tenchi and Love Hina. For a piece of trivia, Rikdo is the Manga artist Excel is sent to kill in the first volume. |

Her name is Elgaru. I can't find any info on her...it doesn't look like anyone has translated issue 8 of the manga yet.
