I find it very interesting. It really catches my attention. For those who like to cook, and know how to cook, you can learn things from this series.

Umm... speaking as someone who knows quite a bit about cooking (and more to the point, about baking), that's not really all that true. Most of the baking info presented in the manga and the anime is true enough (with some spectacularly wrong information presented as fact, too), but it's very superficial and not all that helpful. About the only thing I've learned is that, if I so desire, I can use my rice cooker to bake bread in. That caught me by surprise... 
But it does leave you with a great desire to go into your kitchen and bake stuff. My family can't complain - since I started reading the manga (and watching the anime with them), I've been baking about three times more bread and buns and cookies than I usually do. Mmm. Cinnamon cookies.... *drool* Excuse me, gotta go.
