Living in San Francisco, I like Wondercon because it has more serious and professional artists.
Granted that It's primarily a comic book con and don't cater much to toward anime(one video room for anime), it's a decent convention until it decided to move to Anaheim. (Hey, isn't San Francisco matter much to them?)
